I don't see any die cracks that involve the rim. Although it is a recess in the die (die chip) it may or may not involve the rim with future strikes.
The impression sure looks like the correct size. I am thinking possible dropped letter also.
For me the grading is definitely more cut and dry. I would rather see a coin go AU than a 62, 3 or 4. It will go to ANACS first, their right down...
