The obverse has scratches in the fields and the reverse has small black spots. That's why I said I'd pass on it.

I think the 1941 is damaged. It looks similar but not near the real thing. As for the 1935, it's worn. It could be a die chip or something similar.

A buck at most. It floats because the Die was over polished and removed the roof supports. Tens of millions of them probably exist.
You need to buy based on the condition of the coin and the value of it. You can't compare the way it looks when compared to a higher grade coin.
