On Accented hair Kennedy's the lower serif of the I (L side) is missing. Your seems to be there. I would say no.

That is also normal. They aren't always completely aligned. Some letters can be larger or even weaker/stronger depending on the year.
I have done a few like that with a palm sander with 150 grit. Just to prove to my brother that it wasn't an error, and could easily be repeated....
