The Franklin Half had tape on it and the Cent has had the copper removed. Both are damaged.

Definitely environmentally damaged. One side was down and the other was up.
I'd look elsewhere. In other words, wait for a better coin. I do like the reverse better than the obverse. But even the reverse has a black spot...
