Looks normal to me. The micro O should be smaller. The mintmark took a hit and with the other hits and dark spots you might get a 64 out of it but...
It looks like a normal circulated slightly MAD Dime that's only worth ten cents to me.
A worn common date Cent that's 94 years old. Nice but not worth the fees to sell it.
It's real but circulated and rusted. It's made of steel as the copper was needed for WWII.
