It's totally damaged. The obverse has been ground off.
It's normal. It's common and it's only worth face value. It's made from zinc and coated with a thin layer of copper.

At best the war Nickel is worth $.75. It contains 35% silver and that's not much. I have no idea about the foreign coin.
