I also heard that the FED was possibly gonna drop rates once or twice before the end of the year. That usually keeps Precious metals down.
MS63 here also. I really don't see any wear on that one. Wouldn't be surprised at a 64.

I see what you mean by raised but when a coin is cut like this the metal has to go somewhere.
What goes over the Island looks cut and it is pushing the extra metal towards the rim.
I think it is PMD it looks like someone took a razor knife to the coin. Evident by the skip in the so called crack. Could be wrong but it doesn't...

The doubling may look good but what needs to be present is doubling on the raised devices that are not MD or worthless doubling. I think some more...
I went and looked thru VV and could not find a match. The more I look at it. It looks a little MD. But this could also be a different die state...
