I'm thinking of all the plated Cents and the posts where they think they found a real aluminum Cent that will be in CT.
I'm not excited at all. It goes up and it goes down. It's up enough that if I sold I'd make good money but it's not up enough to get me excited.
That's my opinion and like I said, I'd pass on it.
Okay, the feathers look like a weak strike and the mark probably held it back a grade. Not a bad looking coin overall but with the feathers alone...

It's not a back plate serial number. Serial numbers only appear on the front. It's just a plate number for the back.
You're one of the fortunate ones. I'm retired from the postal service. I was also in management. Service has declined and it's getting worse.

If they know it's a roll of cents and Wheat Cents to boot, and there is a Barber Dime on the end of the roll, how do they not know what's in that...

The postal service has gone down hill under current management.
They are plate numbers. Web notes have plate numbers on the top right and not the bottom. Very normal.
