I never have waited more than a day to be invoiced, but I have been charged double for shipping two items that should have been combined.
And, let me add, if you are buying more than one item and want to combine shipping, you have to wait until you are invoiced (I think).
Hopefully, before doing that, they would call a supervisor or manager who has some sense.
