The coin and the gift are amazing. It was more than kind of the sender. Glad to share my happiness with others. :)
Looks like the photo was taken from your moms apartment on the 13th floor. Also looks to be right across the street. What do I win? :D LOL
Difficult to see but nice.
Thanks for the laughs and the reminder of this error, which by the way, did not occur during the normal minting process. It had help. It's a proof...
Yes it's a die crack and it's also a MAD, mis-aligned die strike. No rim by the date and a large rim opposite it.
@Randy Abercrombie I think you missed this beauty.
Sure looks like it but we should see a full view of both sides.
A worn Dime that was poorly struck.
The only steel Cents ever minted are dated 1943.
Thanks again for all that has happened, this coin and the likes. :):):)
Glad you got in another good hunt!
No here as well
When I saw this I just had to have it. I didn't even ask the price.
I've driven a good portion of it and it was a wonderful getaway. Immensely enjoyable and entertaining.
I bought this back in 2017 for less than $20.00. Not bad huh? [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I'd try acetone first but for $27.00, I'd have bought it myself.
Just protect it as is.
Just a dollar.
Looks like a planchet flaw crack to me.
Looks like it's been dipped.
