I understand and mine is definitely too vivid for this forum.
Most of the junk coins I buy are well circulated common dates. Some are even damaged but to find nice proof coins and a few harder to find dates...

Best wishes but I think anything you do to remove the marks will permanently damage the surface of that coin. What a shame as it's very nice looking.
The coin has been spooned but they gave up making it into a ring. Now it's just damaged. Welcome to CT.

Your coin is filled with stains. This one just looks like a mintmark but it's a stain.
