It's a novelty Cent. You can buy them on the Internet. Yours is a little older asits on copper and it's dated.
It would be nice to have one but I'll not pay the current market pricing.
If polished, which it's not, just looks like it in the photos, would lower the value as it's been tampered with.

Now that you mention it, SBA greasers are hard to find. I don't recall seeing them either.
