I would try a quick dip and a complete and through rinse. Do not rub dry. If you overdip it will take away the luster.
Told you so! Lol
Yes I'm laughing but it's not at you, it's with you. :)
The Red Book is just a guide. The prices listed are always high.
As an antique dealer I can definitely say that most antique dealers are to high on their coins so be careful.
I took my best shot as there were no photos attached. :)
Nice write up and great photos.
This coin went unnoticed for decades because it's not a DDO.
Nice lamination crack and a die chip on the 9 to boot. This is just a crack so nothing retained.
Way to expensive
I'm glad I'm more on the collector side.
Not a bad looking coin.
Very carefully, that's the way as you don't want to damage the coin.
They looked good until I saw the price. Even the reduced price is high.
I would have this coin checked out a little further. It looks like a strike through with glue but photos can be deceiving.
Hope I got this one correct and that the photos are clearer. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I'm not seeing it.
A lot of nice '69 cents are still out there.
I see them on a regular basis but that left coin of yours is really nice from what I can see in the photo.
Not a hater but you'll never get the cost of grading back. They're nice but it would be a waste of money.
