And the bad ones don't seem to care or don't train their customer service reps correctly. I dont know which is worse....
And the really good ones actually monitor what is said and try to improve their customer service for exactly the reason Paddy54 states.
I agree with you on that one. There are some that try to spin the unfavorable social media comments in their favor when they can.
Exactly why almost all corporations have shills trolling social media sites, including this one, making sure any bad mouthing is tamped down...:D

What is going on with the rim hit at 630 on the reverse hard to see from photo but in hand you should be able to get a good look.

Yes they are all the same large dates the low 7 is another way to tell.
