Looks normal to me. The photos look fine but you should crop out the back ground so we can see the coin. A decent cell has that function. Welcome...
They started doing this when they found out they could make money certifying them. You must be a well known reputable company.
Screw an eyelet into the top of it and use it as a fishing weight. It is probably worth about $4-$5.
I buy raw and certified coins but there are some coins that I won't buy unless they are certified.

Just a very damaged nickel that gives that appearance. I'd keep it due to the toning colors. They are pretty.
