That would be correct.
Thank you
Nice lamination but times were tougher back then and a lot of coins were not saved.
If I had that much money I would have bid them up.
Happy Birthday to you both.
Not at all. Just do the coins when the kids are not around to distract you. It takes years to learn this stuff and you're doing just fine.
I decided to pass as the price is insane.
Even looks like space. :)
Sorry all but my LCS and other dealers that I've dealt with over the years call the 2 x 2's flips. Just ingrained in me in my old age.
You missed the entire point!
Looks cleaned. About $25.00 tops.
It's called a Nickel and it was minted by an over used Die.
Personally I'd call that brown, in both photos.
Sounds like the seller is asking top end for the coin. Best to look elsewhere.
The toning is ugly on that coin and it appears to have been cleaned in the past so details grade. Welcome to CT.
Welcome to CT. I always use the stapler flips. You gotta watch them staples if you remove the coin. Best to pinch them with pliers to avoid...
I figured you were out detecting today. A bit warmer and snow gone for the most part. Looks like another great day for you Paddy. Wonderful finds! :)
No, not at this time.
Compare to this known DD. Be honesty with yourself when you do this. Don't get excited. The let down is hard to deal with. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
You're too young. Lol There was a time when prices were reasonable but not today.
