I may and I may not but the price seems on the high side.

There are numerous minor errors with this coin. I can't say this is one of them and I can't say it's a strike through.
Very common. The value is on the reverse.
Definitely damaged
Nice to find but it looks like a die chip to me. At least that was my first thought when I looked st the photo.
The planchets are cut from sheets. Not all sheets or even a small section of the sheet can be thicker or thinner than it should be.
I'm sticking with MS-66, no FS.
The reverse on the second one is not the same as the reverse on the first one.
Looks like a fingerprint on the lower reverse. It's not uncirculated.
At least is silver.
Definitely Ben Franklin but not sure what it is. The back may have been ground off.
A little heavy but still fine. Just struck on a slightly thicker planchet.
The bright lighting on the obverse makes it too difficult to see the coin.
Split plate doubling is very common on Zinc Cents. Welcome to CT.
I like the rolls themselves. Toning does not affect the grade. Welcome to CT.
I just love the $2.50 Gold Indians. That's why I have the complete set. They are affordable, except for one. Go for the $2.50 gold.
Love the looks of the coin. I went MS-66 no FS.
The Red Book has great information but as for prices, it's a guide.
