Best way is to look online and see what they have been selling for. I doubt you'll $20 for each.
It's a MAD but the reverse looks like a slight greaser.
Some do and some don't but a good serious collector always buys the coin, not the case.

Good question. The US Mint produces coins for some foreign countries. This type of error is hard to get.
