Hello, I'd like some input on a 1994 Quarter I found in my pocket change. It has a strange metal coating with ridges covering most of the reverse....
Another hobby of mine is fishing, I see this as a similar exercise, the hunt is fun in itself, and if you catch something, that's a bonus.
I thought it was, I've never seen the whole "L" missing like that, and the "I" pushed over like that, a first for me.
