I told you to talk with the carrier. They deliver and they know more than office personnel. Too bad it took so long to get it but glad you got it.
It's a beautiful coin but so had to go AU-53 on her.

That's a tough coin. Nice looking but I went MS-61. Very difficult to grade due to strike issues.
Worn die issue
The top one has a damaged E and the next one has issues from it being Zinc.

Very common and it's known as NAV or no added value doubling.
Definitely a worn die minted that coin.
Two different but great interpretations.
Obverse-shield on top of a star with Date below. An 1863 and just below the date are the initials E. S. On outer edge from left to right it reads:...
