Very nice find! May the rest of the roll have more of them.
A TPG is reputable and I know of no problems using them. Getting them to and from the TPG is another matter. That’s where I would be concerned.
A solid 35 with an old cleaning and wonderful toning that’s very attractive. She should have straight graded.
Congrats and nice looking notes for their age. Good history to go with them.
Yes, it’s over a year old. The OP didn’t post new photos either.
I’m not good at Commemoratives and the toning makes it hard to see the coin but I went MS-62 on it.
I have none. I have a few with holes but I didn’t want to make them worse.
Beautiful coin. MS-65
Sure would have been nice if they had. I think I would have been happy if they had just made the chamber pot.
We all do. :)
Remember that there are more than one die so when you have an over date or mint mark like this there will be variations. I’m not a van collect but...
Definitely an O/CC. Nice but you should start your own thread.
Depends on the date. Some can be had in decent condition for $50.00, maybe less while others are over $200.00 easy. Best wishes and welcome to CT.
I just love a good Bust coin. Who doesn’t? This is an 1828. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
Nice ghosting effect, a beautiful effect. Looks plated though. Nice coin to have.
Happy birthday all!
