That last digit is a little high but well within normal bounds. Otherwise it’s a normal bill. It’s only a dollar do keep it.
A plus means it’s the number hard sand a little better but something heals it back from being the next higher grade.

Not tarnish but toning. Some people love toning and others do not. Rainbow or colorful toning is much more acceptable than dark or molted toning....

Always nice to find but I rate them all the same. Some dates may be more rare but I don’t think that matters. Nice looking but common error.

Looks like the coin has been scratched and then replated with copper. There is displaced metal along the groove.

A beautiful coin destroyed by a harsh cleaning. Lines are everywhere so I said MS Details as I don’t see and signs of wear.
