In honor of my 43,000 post I present the following, a beautiful 1941 Walking Liberty Half Dollar. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
Very nice and a great price. I think today’s spot price makes a 90% half dollar about $12.50 but don’t quote me.
Best to leave that coin alone. The more wear a coin has the stranger it looks when dipped.
I have another 1964 Kennedy in the works. Once that arrives next week I’ll compare the two the best one will go in my 7070.
The 20102010 is a four digit repeating note. That will carry a small premium.
Chemical corrosion
Lots of nice finds for minor errors like this in the fifties. Nice looking coin.
AU-58 for me.
Don’t I know it. That ding was a shame when I first saw it. No slabbing on that one but it’s good enough for a Dansco.
I bought this Kennedy 90% silver half for my Dansco 7070. I think it makes a nice addition. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
No but they still made them. Only 2 million quarters of each were in circulation.
A few nickels have them.
I need a 1927-S PcGS in MS-64. Been looking for years and can’t find a nice white one at the right price.
That is a tough date in a higher grade. Expensive too.
Yes, you can build and complete a set but in high grades some of them are tough to find and very expensive.
I already have one slabbed by PCGS. It’s a MS-64 but I think this one may be a bit better.
No photo editing but I would only grade the coin a 65.
That Franklin is as old as me. Absolutely beautiful!
Yes it is what you thought.
To me it makes the twenty dollar bill damaged.
