It looks good. Have to be careful with PCI coins. It's a legitimate TPG but sometimes their grading is a bit shaky. I think you did okay on this one.

It's not slabbed. It's just in a holder. Calling it slabbed would be like calling a coin in a 2x2 slabbed.
