I personally use the A.N.A. Grading Standards for United States Coins.
If there's a touch of wear (I can't tell) then it's and AU-55 or -58. No wear and it easily makes MS-63BN.

The VF-20 isn't mine. It's Jim M's. Mine's the VF-30. And with the white insert in the slab his was graded by a different TPG (NGC?)
