It’s best not to clean them. Cleaning a coin removes the v C pins luster along with the dirt on the coin. Welcome to CT.

If I look on an angle they are not on the coin. One are shows a reflection but I can’t capture it on my cell phone camera.

Of course the obverse looks to be doubled, the photo is out of focus which gives it that appearance. :)
It looks normal to me. Just circulation wear, tear and damage.
