From 2005 through 2010 the coins in "mint sets" had a satin finish. So you definitely have two different coins to collect for a full set there.
This D mint splits at the bridge of the nose. One goes straight up and one shoots off to the right forehead. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]

I found several in my 2009 D lots. I tried to pick a good one to photo. It seems that the Die Markers are not the same as on the 2009 P.
I checked out a roll of D Mint. I found several with the same crack. Plus most of them seem to have a spike coming off the toe. I'm posting one...
