Any nickel dated 1934 would have an Indian on the obverse and a nice large Buffalo on the reverse. Jefferson never appeared on the nickel until 1938.

To me it’s either a cud or it isn’t. Pre-cud sounds like it was made up and used to make sales on due cracks.

Sounds like someone had these rolls in their collection and decided to sell them for face value. Nice but not worth the cost to grade them.
