Usually better to start your own post, but in this instance the coin isn't worth it. This is what is called PMD (Post Minting Damage).
The coin dealer at this shop started out as a sports card dealer and, although he is normally good with coins, he doesn't know them.
Notice that the rim close to the 2 is also worn. I don't see any doubling, where do you see it?
