Sounds like your budget is the limiting factor. Look at you currently active collections and decide how much money you'll need to complete them....

For coins of that value I wouldn't touch them unless they were slabbed by NGC or PCGS. And there's not a lot of people who can afford that much...
I don't know about ANACS or PCGS but I consider NGC first-rate.
I don't do modern coins but those are sure eye catching.
IMO you should only buy it if you are getting into IHC's BIG time. And if you can't reasonably afford it then I suspect you won't be collecting...
