The problem is the word "Milliarde". They don't use it in English. As we don't use it in Spanish. 1.000.000.000 = mil millones; one thousand...
IMO is not a copy or replica. Because it's a plated authentic coin. A replica should be made from the begin, not altering an authentic coin....
