Looks like the ear took a light hit IMO.
Those are struck-thru grease or dirt errors, where dirt or grease gets stuck in the die. They usually don't command a premium, if any, so not...

Not seeing an RPM here...sorry.
I think there is too much die wear/damage to really tell if it is an RPM or not. My gut feeling would be no.

Simply looks like a pink/purple stain. EDIT: with the new pics, I would guess a science experiment. Not sure, though.
