Considering the manner in which "ancient" coins were struck, a weak strike should also be considered.

OK, makes sense
Thinking about what @Bruce DiLego said, what would keep me from melting the 95% Lincolns into 1 kilo bars? Why IS it illegal?
I think that it is a magician's coin, dime on one side and penny on other. Worth a couple of dollars to someone who wants it.
Honestly to me, they don't even look close, perhaps @Lehigh96 could comment.
Hey, it's all very simple, just expand the existing 70 point scale to include decimals and we can argue if a coin is MS60.1 or MS60.2 :)...

WOW, arrogant!
Hi, welcome to CT. If you explain what you are asking, someone can perhaps comment
Doesn't work that way. 95% copper/5% zinc is not an alloy useful for anything. The copper would have to be refined. Are 40% silver Kennedy...
Hopefully you know 1) that price would be for 100% copper and 2) the cost of refining the 95% copper makes it less than half that.

Does that mean you'll buy it for $2,200?
So, they are free...worth nothing. :)
Also a 1 kurus from Turkey (0.17 cent) and Japan's 1 yen (about 1 cent) aren't worth much...uh...neither is a penny(cent).
Worth more than the paper.
