I have the same book, and it looks like a "typo". Two other pricing guides I own show the Fr.2172-B worth $160 in CH-CU and the Fr.2172-B* (star)...
It was the only $100 Star note for the series, and the amount printed is 4.48 million. Probably not a whole lot of survivors is my only guess.
