Nope, that had edge lettering applied. They would be packaged as dollars.
The damge is so small from a rubbing I wouldn't be too concerned. If it was done on the edge you would probably never even notice.
They cleaned up nicely. I'm surpised no one has gotten mad becuase you cleaned worthless change...yet.
