Nice note, except for the stains. Without the problems, I'd guess about $500-$600. In it's current condition, about $300-$400, maybe less.
I've seen these circulated $100 notes sell on eBay for $110 and $115 with free shipping. I doubt any currency dealers at the National Money Show...
Personally, I wouldn't consider this note a candidate for conservation. Close but no cigar.
