My guess is the algorithms on fleabay have been updated to determine what you've been selling, fee free repetitively, and they have targeted you...

No way to know unless you had it tested. Some of the alloys that are commonly used for silver jewelry can be: copper (the most common alloy) zinc...
If in fact that is a 429 then it is 42.9% silver. 925 means it is 92.5% silver.
I like your finds. Keep up the search. Peridot or garnet? Hmmmmmm They both look good. Make it interchangeable. Don't permanently mount either ;)
