It’s doubled but it’s not the type of doubling you want. This is a form of NAV or No Added Value Doubling.
The one on the left is a better buy. It has damage but it also looks like a double strike.
Magnification was mentioned earlier in this post. So all I say is if you magnify a coin enough, every coin would be an error.
