A small 2? Never hear of it. Photos please.
Not in my book. It’s a $10.00 note.
I wouldn’t call that a cud. I would call it a lamination. A cud is formed when a piece of the die breaks along the rim and the minting process...
I have no idea what you mean. You need to post full size photos of both sides.
A common die chip or interior die breaks such as this are basically worth a quarter if buying from a coin dealer.
@Bones-65 Just want to remind you that there is a large number of members that do not do links. I am one of them. Best to post full size images....
I didn’t get the plus but I got the 66. Beautiful coin.
That is probably the third hardest coin in the series to obtain and costly too.
I like the hydraulic cutting edge that @masterswimmer described. It makes me laugh. Sorry my friend.
Beautiful coin. I’m at a MS-66 on this one.
Best wishes
Two key date Standing Liberty Quarters. Second lowest mintage for the series at 396,000 minted. The reverse of the one is damaged. I’m sure it...
I reckon that would depend on your mood. LOL
Nothing special
Definitely damaged
They’re the ones that are missing out and don’t even know it. :)
Silver at $50.00 and Gold at $3000.00.
Stop the toning, correct what’s there and seal it in something to protect it.
Unfortunately a worn die. It takes time to learn all this stuff so hang in there.
If you and your type set are happy I don’t see any problems.
