Environment
That was caused by the coin being heated. It’s considered damage.
It was dropped in the ground and someone found it. Being a 2021 it wasn’t there long but it did receive what we call ED or environmental damage....
Polished or whizzed as I didn’t look that closely but it contains silver so it’s a keeper.
It will brighten up the coin but if left on the coin too long it will eat the luster. You’ll end up with a dull, lack luster coin.
