Modern 70s I believe won't hold value at an "inventment" point of view, but thats just me I think the state quarters 70s are a waste of money, but...
I believe its just something that you could pay extra for, and as a new collector, can I ask why you only want MS70s? Can you tell the difference...

I agree, I bought a redbook when I first starting and must have read it front to back 3 or 4 times. Very informative.
I think its a good idea, possibly as a sub forum in the new coin roll hunting area, after all who says that you have to hunt coins indoors.
