Only seeing the one side it’s difficult to say. The entire coin was in the same place at the same time.
I think the chances of finding a true mint error are 1% or less. Finding varieties are considerably higher.
Remember yours mint mark has been damaged so it looks different.

On a good day I’d give that coin a MS-64 but I think it’s a 63 due to all the marks.
