None of us have crystal balls, it could be worth a million dollars next year (doubtful) or it could be worth a dollar, there is really no way to tell.
Whats it weigh and is it attracted to a magnet? also what is the ring around the rim on the reverse? looks to be a cast copy to me.

Only if its not as described, it he said it was silver then yes you can return it, if it says silver plated, then hes out of luck.
looks either acid, or maybe at one time it was silver plated and its coming off.
To get more people to look at the auction, if you type in silver it'll pop up, like when you see a blast white coin and the title says,... no...
Until I believe it was, 1990, mintmarks were applied by hand, and a slight variation of the location of the mintmark is normal
If you have a fondness for it, I see no need to get it graded, just keep it in a 2x2 or airtite or in an album.
