Honestly, they all look to be worth about face value, the 71 cent is copper, so thats worth 2 cents.

Grading is really an opinion, you could send those coins back, and they could both receive different grades.

You can buy silver rosies and washingtons for melt, in unc condition, so I would have to say no, that the numismatic value wouldn't go up.
