I really can't tell. To the naked eye, it looks plain. All of these have been in a collection from the 40's.

My advice: Don't go to Baltimore on Sunday. In the past most dealers have cleared out and the whole experience is greatly diminished.

I think it is the seller's fault. Greysheet would quickly tell them what the dealer will probably pay and sell the coin for.
