Just because it has been cleaned doesn't mean that they would slab it as such. Almost all coins from those days were cleaned at some point!!...
Stolen or not, nice find. I highly doubt that a AG 09 s vdb would have been counterfeit. If it was stolen why spend it?
Why stay away from ebay. If you know what you're doing you will be ok. You can also by PCGS , NGC, ANACS, ICG graded coins and be ok as well....

They graded it a VF-30 . I believe it is a ddo. I will post pictures soon. The coin looks a lot better in hand than the photos suggest.
