I really can't tell much with the damage on the coin. The right side of the roof is attached but possibly missing the support on the left side.
@Seattlite86 I just did the same as you did. You can check my post there now. We will see what happens.
Didn't we see this coin come through here some time back? smh a fool and his/her money.
?? That sounds like a Jack Beymer type of grade.
A nice looking coin Paddy but I'd be hard pressed to grade as it appears, when enlarged, to have some obverse pitting? Or maybe some lighting...
Proof dies have been used in the past for business strikes but supposedly by accident. This would affect the design and surfaces but I'm thinking...
This appears to be a plating issue but not an error. All cents since 1982 are plated copper over zinc core and this happens very often. It appears...
Mint marks used to be hand punched, not any longer or since 1989 so it is impossible to have an RPM after that date. There is no such thing as a...

Better yet, please explain to us how you think a reverse design that has not been used since 2008 could possibly come from the Mint like this 8...
@Tanner w Stump It's as they said above. Please try to have an open mind when you receive your answers. Some of us have 50+ years each, invested...
There are, as of today, no known doubled dies for the 2011 D. Does not mean it is not possible. These can be very hard to capture w/o good photo...
I'm pretty sure there is only one listed Philly reverse doubled die for this coin ( in the branches ). Listed at www.doubleddie.com. As far as...
Welcome to Ct David. And hear my sigh of relief that a newbie here is coming with an open mind. For future reference, a cud will involve and start...
Seconded, split plating, not an error.
Separate names with a comma.
