Only 3 have ever been found with the DDO. Toning does not change the hardest of the coin as a coin is graded by wear, not the color.
The telltale to this overdate is a cud that is small but along the rim by the E in UNITED will be over 1/2 of the 4-5 dent Ickes in the word...
The MAD nickel is really nice and something you don’t see to often. MAD cents just seem common to me.

It looks like a strike through when I compare it to TPG identified ones to me. It also looks slightly polished. I see no real signs of metal...
A die crack would be raised and this is not raised. The planchet is cracked so when the cent was minted the C came out as it should but covered...

A crack can be on one side. It does not have to be clear through the coin to be a crack. It’s metal, not glass. :)
If you mean what across her face it’s an error known as a strike through. Very nice find.
