Very nice pick up. I have a number of them, even on an IHC and a triple clip on a Kennedy Half Dollar Incomplete Planchet.
All damaged so spend them.
I said AU-58 but I’m glad for you that she got a MS-61 and a CAC to boot.
The problem there is the mint is government and they don’t pay attention to anyone or anything. They just do what they want and call it a good job.
