Not sure where this should be posted but it is a coin from Mexico so here it is. It contains silver and I purchased 4 of them 30 years ago at junk...
I would agree with a die crack as the coin itself looks like it was minted from worn die.
I hope it made a 64 but I think it’s a MS-63.
